How to use a wedding countdown checklist

Wedding timelines vary with the size of the celebration, local customs, venue availability and how much is already arranged. Treat these milestones as a flexible starting point rather than strict deadlines. If your wedding is fewer than 180 days away, tasks that are already due will appear in the “Start now” group so you can prioritize them.

  • Confirm the venue and key suppliers early where possible.
  • Keep a single guest list and note who owns each follow-up.
  • Use the final week for confirmations, not major new decisions.
